Registration Process

Account Management

Account Verification

jl222 may verify your identity when processing withdrawal requests or transactions above a certain amount. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in the transaction being suspended or cancelled.

  • A photo of your national ID card or passport.
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
  • Proof of current address (such as a utility bill or bank statement).

Closing Your Account

Any member may request to close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw your account balance before submitting the request. A self-exclusion option is also available for responsible gaming purposes.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jl222 supports transactions through the most widely used digital payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods at jl222 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (same for all methods). Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing time: usually within 10 to 45 minutes.

Deposit Policy

  • Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
  • Credit cards or payment methods from outside Bangladesh are not accepted.

Withdrawal Policy

  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Large withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.
  • Funds from bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
  • In the case of suspicious transactions, jl222 may hold withdrawals until an investigation is concluded.

Bonuses & Promotions

jl222 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be met.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳28,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳48,000.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount. The current wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 — winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after this amount has been wagered.

General Bonus Rules

  • An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • Bonus balance and cash balance are displayed separately.
  • If multiple accounts attempt to claim a bonus from the same device or IP address, all accounts may be closed.
  • jl222 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another member.

Gaming Policy

All games on jl222 operate on the basis of fair play. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to prevent any bias in game outcomes.

Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows wagering on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant event. In the case of disputed results, jl222's decision is final.

Technical Errors

If a game is incomplete due to a server error or network disconnection, that round will be considered void and the stake will be returned. However, the results of successfully completed rounds will not be altered.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jl222 and may result in account closure and legal action:

  • Fraud, deception, or operating an account using another person's identity.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
  • Operating multiple accounts with the intent to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or to legitimise funds from illegal sources.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to jl222's systems or servers.
  • Harassing, threatening, or disrupting the gaming experience of other members.
  • Unauthorised copying, distribution, or modification of any software or content on the platform.

If jl222 suspects involvement in prohibited activities, it may immediately freeze the account and, upon conclusion of the investigation, permanently close it.
